Borfi respects the privacy of Malaysian small business owners and micro-entrepreneurs. All raw material unit costs, recipe ratios, packaging prices, sales ledger entries, and custom product pricing remain 100% confidential and owned exclusively by you.
2. Security & Cloud Encryption
Your material databases and recipe cards are encrypted in transit and at rest using enterprise-grade database row-level security policies (RLS). We never sell, lease, or share your proprietary product recipes with competing merchants or third-party advertisers.
3. Information We Collect
We collect minimal information necessary to deliver the service, including your registered email address, store preferences, and user-entered inventory data. You can request deletion of your account and stored data at any time from Settings.
4. Malaysian Platform Rate Calculation Disclaimer
Borfi algorithmically estimates net payout margins based on publicly disclosed Malaysian marketplace fee schedules (Shopee Food, Grab, Foodpanda, TikTok Shop) including Service Tax (SST). Merchants remain responsible for verifying their specific contract rates.
